BOARD OF DIRECTORS

1. MR. BONG JIEW ONN (DIRECTOR)

Bong has more than 43 years of working experience in various aspects of Geotechnical Works, which include soil investigation works, instrumentation works, pile load test, site construction quality control test. His duties include planning, execution, supervising, quality control and troubleshooting works.

 

2. Ts. JAMES BONG CHEN HANG (DIRECTOR)

James was born in 1997 and he has a humble beginning as a part-time site supervisor for Megacon Drilling Sdn. Bhd. since 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from University College of Technology Sarawak (2020). He shows strong leadership and analytical skills in his works and he has been appointed as the Director for Megacon Drilling Sdn. Bhd. in 2020. He has new ways of thinking, experience and competence that will lead MCD to a greater heights.

 

3. Ir. Ts. Leong Wen Kam (COMPANY ADVISOR)

LEONG has been working as Civil & Geotechnical Engineer since 2008 both in Singapore and in Malaysia. He is keen to be engaged with all types of geotechnical consultancy works particularly in the area of deep excavation, slope stability & stabilization as well as ground improvement works. He strongly believes that the success yet economical geotechnical design and construction are relying on (a) The sound understanding on the fundamental principles and behaviors of soil & rock mechanics, (b) Adequate ground investigation works; (c) Proper site planning and execution; (d) Essential instrumentation and monitoring; for the best geotechnical decisions
